Our mold development process includes concept evaluation, 3D rendering, engineering review, mold design, tooling production, sample approval, pilot production, and mass manufacturing. Most custom mold projects typically require 30–45 days depending on complexity.
Mold ownership is defined in the contract. In most private mold projects, the customer fully owns the tooling after payment, while Gidea ensures maintenance, production support, and long-term repeat manufacturing capability.
